Transposon[Help]

      Transposable element (TE or transposon) is a DNA sequence that can move its position in the genome, creating mutations and altering the cell's genome size. 1,572 Drosophila transposons were downloaded from the Berkeley Drosophila Genome Project and 1,308 silkworm transposons were obtained from the BmTEdb database.
