Insect Pathway: Constructing the pathway of molecular interaction from the insect genomes or transcriptomes is important for gene function analysis. Large-scale gene expression analysis is an efficient and widely used technique in molecular biology experiment. We developed a pipeline named as iPathCons (Zhang et al, Database, 2014). The iPathway information were obtained by prediction from the genome data and transcriptome data using iPathCons and KAAS.
